If you would like your high school transcript sent to a college or university, please email jdewhirst@hpschools.net. Please be sure to include the following information.

 

• Name at time of graduation (maiden if woman)

• Year of graduation

• Address of institution where transcript should be mailed

• Please inform me if you will be picking up the copy or you want it mailed to your current address
